Uni life can be incredible, but it’s also… a lot. Deadlines, flat stress, money worries, it’s totally normal to wobble sometimes. The good news is there’s loads of support available, both on campus and locally.
AUB Wellbeing Drop-Ins
You can drop in Monday to Friday, 10:00–14:00 (in person) at Student Services or 15:00–16:30 (online) via AUB Bookings. It’s a chance to talk through what’s going on and explore options without pressure.
