Uni life can be incredible, but it’s also… a lot. Deadlines, flat stress, money worries, it’s totally normal to wobble sometimes. The good news is there’s loads of support available, both on campus and locally.
You can drop in Monday to Friday, 10:00–14:00 (in person) at Student Services or 15:00–16:30 (online) via AUB Bookings. It’s a chance to talk through what’s going on and explore options without pressure.

If you’re struggling or nearing crisis point, the University Retreat is a calm, walk-in space shared by AUB, BU and AECC students. No appointment needed — just show up.
